Oops! Forgot to post yesterday.
Day 2 is cinnamon so we added cinnamon to food. I added it to my morning coffee. So did Glen. Not sure about Jenn. Today is drop sugared drinks including soda, fruit juice and sugar in coffee or tea.
Now since day 1 was stop using added sugar we already have stopped sugared drinks so I don’t see the point. The book says to not drink soda at all but then says ones with Splenda, truvia or honey for sweeteners are ok and that is the only kind we drink anyway.
